In April I had a few weeks' break between projects and traveled with Anja to Meran, Italy where she had an internship in the hospital. On the way there we took the Reschenpass from Austria to Italy, an intensely beautiful mountain pass that's been in use for centuries and is therefore lined with castles the entire way. Here's one that we stopped at along the drive.
